Hey Faithful Prayer Partners,

Thank you so much for your faithful prayers, especially concerning Sammy lately. Sammy was with us for a visit, as I told you in my email on Monday, b ut we were thinking all along that he was with us for two days only. God intervened on Sammy’s (and my) behalf. The circumstances changed so quickly and drastically that it can only be accounted to the hand of God. The mother of Sammy’s mom has been completely out of her life and has not cared for her since she was very young. She heard about Sammy last spring and wanted nothing to do with her new grandson. Hey Everyone,

Thanks for your prayers, and as always, I need MORE!!

The biggest thing on my heart right now concerns Sammy, our 11-month old baby. On Wednesday afternoon the social worker came with an order to return him immediately to his mom (an 18-year old who is due with another new baby in two weeks). The judge had told us that he would never return Sammy to his parents becaus they had thrown him away. BUT for whatever reason, it happened anyway. We went to the office with them and talked to them b ut could do nothing to change the situation that evening. Hey Everyone,

Thanks so much for your prayers for us continually. I am so sorry to be so late getting another update out since my last one that was a little gloomy-sounding. I had two weeks of company and then my computer broke just as I was going to send out an update. But God, in the meantime, has done great things and continues to bless us in so many ways.

Terry and Kaye Jackson and their daughter and Miriam Rivette came for a week and were such a blessing to all of us and encouraged us in the Lord.
