Children’s Home
Destino del Reino initially began as a children’s home. God cast the vision of this home through the stories of Moses, Joseph, Daniel, Shadrach, Meshack and Abednego, Esther, Samuel, and even David. God had taken all of those children and separated them from their families and prepared them for great leadership.
Each house has a mural in it depicting one of these characters and the children grow up with the understanding that God has personally selected each of them to be separated from their parents for a period of time so they can be used for His kingdom work and leadership and to bring hope to their own people. The theme verse for Destino points to our prayer for these kids:
“Fear not little flock, for it is the Father’s good pleasure to give you the Kingdom”. -Luke 12:32
